RUN-OFF ELECTION OF PRESIDENT
April 1, 2010

BALLOTS WILL BE COUNTED BEGINNING AT 8:00AM AT THE LOCAL UNION HALL

Pursuant to a Voluntary Compliance Agreement signed on January 25, 2010, and an addendum signed February 2, 2010, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 58, 1358 Abbott, Detroit, MI, conducted a new mail ballot election for certain offices under the supervision of the Secretary of Labor on March 8, 2010.

The Office of President (Convention Delegate) was not decided by a majority vote. Therefore, a Run-Off Election for that office is now required. The Run-Off Election will also be supervised by the Secretary of Labor. The Term of Office will end in June 2012.

Ballots for this election are being mailed to members on March 11, 2010. Any eligible member who has not received a ballot in the mail at home by March 17, 2010, or any member who spoils a ballot may request a new ballot by contacting Election Judge Pat Nuznov at 313-963-2130 x 3054. If you request and return another ballot, only the replacement ballot will be counted.
